Tasks Include:
- Pressure wash the entire exterior including patios in rear and driveway and sidewalks.
- Wash down walls interior in prep for paint
- Prime interior
- Paint interior walls off white and doors, trim, and base white.
- Clean entire house including light fixtures, ceiling fans, bathrooms, cabinets….
- Remove and discard all window treatments
- Remove bushes in front of front porch
Please Remember:
- closed toe shoes / clothes that can get dirty
- bring snacks/lunch and water
